A pilot since around 2009 and an aircraft owner since, Joseph leads a cooperative flying club and a family of aviation service businesses at Orlando–Apopka Airport, from maintenance and avionics to paint and nationwide ferry flights.
Aviation Executive Leadership
Joseph's aviation career began the way many do, renting airplanes, and grew into something few pilots attempt: a set of businesses that together cover much of what a general aviation aircraft needs over its life. He is President of Countrywide Flyers Cooperative Association, a member-owned flying club at Orlando–Apopka Airport (X04), and the principal behind Apex Aviation Group, whose divisions provide maintenance, avionics, engine service, paint, and ferry flights.
His involvement is hands-on. He evaluates aircraft for the club fleet on their operating economics, works inside logbooks and airworthiness records, plans avionics upgrades, and models the maintenance reserves that keep a rental fleet honest. The businesses exist because he saw, as an owner, how much friction remained in general aviation and how much of it a service-minded operator could remove.
