Short Biography
Joseph S. Restivo is an American entrepreneur, business executive, pilot, and investor based in Central Florida. He has more than twenty-five years of mortgage industry experience, founded and developed mortgage brokerage operations, and served as Chief Executive Officer of American Mortgage Network from 2019 to 2025. He is President of Countrywide Flyers Cooperative Association, a member-owned flying club at Orlando–Apopka Airport, and the principal of Apex Aviation Group, a family of aviation service businesses spanning maintenance, avionics, engines, paint, and nationwide ferry flights. His real estate work through Latitude 98 Development focuses on airport property and aviation infrastructure.
